Circuit training is an efficient and challenging form of conditioning. It works well for developing strength, endurance (both aerobic and anaerobic), flexibility and coordination. A great time saver, it can be a refreshing and fun change A circuit class typically consist of multiple different exercises or stations completed in timed blocks with regular timed rest periods between each exercise. Circuit training can be tailored to the individual and is an excellent class for all levels of fitness.

PERSONAL TRAINING – FAQs

The Believe2Achieve service is discreet and private, you will very often be the only person training in the gym with your own personal trainer. Occasionally there may be one other person in the gym, but this is rare! We make sure that you feel as comfortable as possible throughout your training.
Interval training involves alternating high intensity exercise with recovery periods and there are a variety of ways to set up interval workouts. One option is measured periods of work followed by measured periods of rest. For example 1 minute of high intensity work (such as a sprint), followed by 2 minutes of low intensity exercise (e.g., walking) and alternating that several times for 15-30 minutes.
Depending on the injury, we can still train people. In fact, with some injuries we can help you overcome them with the right training, combined with sports massage. We have a variety of training methods to get results, so if you’re not able to do certain exercises due to injury, we can work around that so that you still get the results you want.
Of course, everyone is different, but because we use interval training, results are often very quick – after just a few weeks of two to three sessions per week, clients report gaining strength and endurance, and feeling that their level of fitness has increased, while losing weight and toning up. The results are much more enhanced when combined with either LaserLipo or G5 treatments.
