LaserLipo

Cold red laser beams penetrate the skin just deep enough to reach layers of fat. Water, glycerol and fatty acids move into the interstitial space beneath the fatty layer in the skin and water, fatty acids and glycerol spill out, reducing adipocyte cells in size. The lymphatic system then removes the fat through the venous system, in the same way as fatty foods are digested.
To speed up the metabolic rate and in turn the lymphatic system, each laser lipo session ends with a complementary personal training session in our private gym with a B2A personal instructor.
Yes, you will see a difference after just ONE treatment. Following your free consultation and medical questionnaire, the targeted fatty area is accurately measured. After the treatment, the area is re-measured to assess the inch loss achieved. You can expect to see a reduction of between 0.5 and 3 inches (1.25 – 8cms).
After the metabolic rate has been raised through exercise, the fat becomes liquefied and the lymphatic system removes it in the urine. The amount of fat released is similar to a normal meal, so it does not overload the system.
In most cases we would recommend a course of eight treatments, two per week, though on smaller body parts this isn’t always necessary. Your personalised treatment plan is agreed at your consultation.
Usually 30/40 minutes on most body parts and 20mins on the neck and face.
This type of machine has been used for over a decade by physiotherapists on sports injuries and to assist the body to heal itself. The machine has FDA approval as a healing device and a medical questionnaire is carried out. So the technology is thoroughly tested with no negative side effects.
Laserlipo is pain-free, non- invasive and offers immediate results. Unlike conventional lipo where the fat is sucked out, laserlipo empties the fat cells rather than destroying them, so the effects do not affect the neighbouring structures such as skin, blood vessels or nerves.
Yes, absolutely. With Laserlipo there is recovery time because it is completely non-invasive and pain-free.
We would usually recommend six months after you have your baby to ensure the abdominal muscles have knitted together adequately. If you have had a caesarean, your scar requires time to heal fully.

PERSONAL TRAINING

The Believe2Achieve service is discreet and private, you will very often be the only person training in the gym with your own personal trainer. Occasionally there may be one other person in the gym, but this is rare! We make sure that you feel as comfortable as possible throughout your training.
Interval training involves alternating high intensity exercise with recovery periods and there are a variety of ways to set up interval workouts. One option is measured periods of work followed by measured periods of rest. For example 1 minute of high intensity work (such as a sprint), followed by 2 minutes of low intensity exercise (e.g., walking) and alternating that several times for 15-30 minutes.
Depending on the injury, we can still train people. In fact, with some injuries we can help you overcome them with the right training, combined with sports massage. We have a variety of training methods to get results, so if you’re not able to do certain exercises due to injury, we can work around that so that you still get the results you want.
Of course, everyone is different, but because we use interval training, results are often very quick – after just a few weeks of two to three sessions per week, clients report gaining strength and endurance, and feeling that their level of fitness has increased, while losing weight and toning up. The results are much more enhanced when combined with either LaserLipo or G5 treatments.
We can make every session different to ensure your fitness levels are constantly improving, and our client testimonials and case studies just show how much our clients love the Believe2Achieve approach – come and try it for yourselves, and we’re sure you won’t get bored!
It depends what you want to achieve! But if you’re training in order to tone up and lose weight, then you have to combine training sessions with healthy eating, and we can work out a personal food programme, and encourage you to keep a food diary, to encourage you to stay on track.
Anything that’s comfortable – you’ll only ever be training indoors in our gym so you don’t need warm layers. Trainers are essential and we do recommend sports bras for ladies.
No! We work with people of all abilities, whether you’ve never worked out in your life, through to athletes, we tailor our training sessions to your fitness level.

MASSAGE

As highly qualified sports massage therapists, we can treat many injuries and problems with a course of sports massage, and can diagnose muscular problems and work with certain injuries. However we cannot diagnose skeletal problems but can refer you to chiropractors, osteopaths and physiotherapists for diagnosis, which we can then very often treat with massage alongside other therapists to ensure you recover quickly.
During pregnancy a pregnant woman might have aching hips, lower back pain, slumped and sore shoulders and swollen legs and ankles. Massage helps all of these things! Please note: If there are any complications with your pregnancy please ensure your doctor has given you the go-ahead for a massage, prior to your massage appointment!
No. You are unique and so is your treatment. Your therapist will ask you questions every time you visit Believe2Achieve and the treatment process is led by what you communicate, both verbally and through your physicality. And you needn’t worry, we’re very good at spotting discomfort — if you’re one of those people that’s very good at hiding it, we’ll encourage you to *always* speak out! We want you to feel fantastic and spread the word about us!
No! Sports massage is a no-nonsense massage that deals directly and efficiently with the muscles. Sports massage is so-called simply because it is a style of massage popular with sports people. Like sports people we all have challenges – physical, mental and emotional, so it is entirely appropriate that we give our bodies the same quality of treatment!Whether you’re a bodybuilder, a pregnant mum or a stressed out, desk bound office worker, the treatment is designed around your specific needs.
We can treat patients with Irritable Bowel Syndrome with the colon massage – in fact clients often say it helps to ease their symptoms. We will answer all your questions when you have your full consultation before your treatment, so do not worry.

G5

It is recommended that each client has a minimum of one treatment per week. Usually people will start to see changes after the 3rd or 4th treatment but at Believe2Achieve we recommend a course of 8-10 sessions to see a real difference. Each client will differ in the number of treatments that are required to achieve their desired results, but we will do measure you before and after each session to assess you’re progress.
G5 massage is not a weight loss treatment. It is excellent for cellulite reduction, lymphatic drainage and detoxifying but when used in conjunction with the Believe2Achieve programme of exercise and diet and lifestyle changes, weight loss is greatly accelerated. Combine with LaserLipo (link to our page) treatments for more rapid weight loss.
With regular exercise, good diet and life-style changes, cellulite loss can be maintained for an extended period of time but is not normally permanent. Monthly maintenance treatments are recommended, but you can come in more regularly if you wish.
Most clients report a feeling of relaxation and a warm sensation particularly in the treatment areas for hours after their treatment. Since the lymphatic system is stimulated, it is recommended that you drink at least two litres of water every day during the duration of your treatment in order to aid elimination. If you do not drink enough water after the treatment you may feel lethargic and possibly get a headache from the mobilization of toxins.

NUTRITION

We don’t advocate cutting out the things you love, our approach is all about moderation, portion control, and eating a healthy, balanced diet. We take an 80/20 approach – be good 80% of the time, and allow yourself to still enjoy treats and food you love, only 20% of the time. Food monitoring really helps our clients to be honest with themselves about what they’re eating, and be conscious of their eating habits. So no, we won’t tell you to never eat your favourite foods again!
We’re only human and it’s easy to slip into old habits. The best thing is to be honest in your food diaries so that we can realistically measure results.
Through the support and motivation of the Believe2Achieve trainers, we can help you to change your thoughts around food and your body, not just focusing on the food you eat, which will help you to change old habits. By combining with exercise and LaserLipo and or G5 and massage, the fast results will help you stay motivated and on track.
